The Healing Power of Vibration: Four-Part Series

In this unique series, we explore gentle and powerful ways of using vibration to heal injuries and health conditions, resolve past traumas, improve brain function, and increase vitality. Class includes internal sounding, movement, meditation, mind-body repatterning, and self-soothing touch.
Part One: SOUND VIBRATION: In this session, we focus on 7 specific sound vibrations that benefit the nervous system, internal organs, brain, endocrine system (hormones), and mood.
Part Two: MOVEMENT VIBRATION: In this session, we focus on specific ways of vibrating the body to release stuck energy, soothe the nervous system, free old emotions, improve cellular health, and increase bone density.
Part Three: TOUCH VIBRATION:In this session, we focus on ways of tapping, patting, and pounding (lovingly) on specific parts of the body to release tension and support the improved flow of blood and energy.
Part Four: INTEGRATION: In this session, we bring it all together into a complete practice that integrates SOUND, MOVEMENT, and TOUCH into a powerful session of self-healing and deep self-care.
