Making Peace in the Body: A Deep Dive into Self-Love (Four-Part Series)

In this series, we explore gentle and effective ways of fostering peace with and within our bodymind system, dissolving self-defeating patterns, and opening to a more fulfilling and beautiful relationship with embodiment. Class includes movement, meditation, mind-body repatterning, and self-soothing touch.
Part One: SOMATIC AWARENESS: In this session, we focus on cultivating the skills of Clarity and Brightness by unifying clear focused attention with body sensations.
Part Two: SAFE TO FEEL: In this session, we focus on restoring sensitivity and deep feeling in key areas of the body by learning to resource the safe container of our own Somatic Awareness.
Part Three: RECLAIMING MOVEMENT: In this session, we focus on lovingly melting the frozen parts (armoring and tension) and vitalizing the body with feeling-focused movement and self-touch.
Part Four: WHOLENESS: In this session, we bring it all together into a complete practice that integrates AWARENESS, SAFETY, and RECLAMATION into a fluid and healthy expression of individual WHOLENESS.
